This place started 'cause I got tired of seeing athletes plateau, people getting hurt from bad coaching, and folks paying for programs that didn't actually work.
Back in 2018, I was coaching at a big box gym in Vancouver and honestly? It sucked watching members struggle without proper guidance. So I left, pulled together some of the best coaches I knew, and we built something different here at Runev Ex Continuum.
We're all about real results - not Instagram BS or fad diets. Just solid programming, hands-on coaching, and a community that'll push you when you need it and catch you when you're struggling. Every single one of our trainers has competed at serious levels, dealt with injuries, come back stronger, and learned what actually works in the trenches.

Former national-level weightlifter who's torn his shoulder twice and came back stronger each time. Been coaching for 12 years and still learns something new every week. If you're working with Marcus, expect detailed feedback and zero shortcuts.

CrossFit Regional competitor who'll make you laugh while you're dying in a WOD. She's got a sixth sense for knowing when you're sandbagging and when you genuinely need to scale back. Her mobility sessions are legendary - and brutal.

Ex-college football player who switched to powerlifting after his playing days. He's the guy you want when you're stuck on a plateau - dude's got programming tricks I've never seen anywhere else. Also makes the best post-workout protein shakes.
 
                        Mobility & Recovery
Former gymnast and yoga instructor who figured out how to make mobility work for strength athletes. If you're tight, cranky, or constantly sore, Emma's your person. She'll fix movement patterns you didn't even know were broken.
 
                        Sports Nutrition & Meal Planning
Lost 80 pounds himself before becoming a nutritionist, so he gets it. No crash diets or weird elimination stuff - just real food strategies that work with your training and lifestyle. He'll teach you to eat like an athlete without going broke.
 
                        Athletic Performance & Conditioning
Track and field background with a sports science degree. Works mostly with our competitive athletes but occasionally runs conditioning classes that'll have you questioning your life choices. In a good way. Kinda.
